Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality at a fair price.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped within Canada using our trusted carriers. Typical transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our stated production and delivery times, delays can occur due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate a significant delay.

International Orders

We currently only sell and ship within Canada.
